I am Michel de Vries, an Odoo specialist with 25 years of experience in ERP implementations, of which over 6 years specifically focused on Odoo.
As a functional and technical consultant, I worked for 4 years at Cravit, a leading Odoo Gold Partner. There I was involved in large and complex Odoo implementations where I was responsible for both the functional setup and the development of customizations.
Now, as a freelancer and interim manager, I use my knowledge and experience to guide companies through their Odoo implementation. I am not only functionally and technically highly experienced with Odoo, but also a strong communicator who can lead and manage both large and small implementations.

A successful ERP implementation depends on focus and commitment. From experience, I know that many implementations falter because insufficient time and attention is devoted to the crucial phases: the preparatory analysis, the actual implementation, and the guidance after go-live.
A common problem is that consultants have to divide their attention across multiple projects simultaneously. This results in a lack of continuity and too little room to dive deep into the organization and truly understand how the processes work.
My preference is therefore a different approach: full-time involvement in your implementation, from start to finish. By being on-site daily, I become part of your organization. This gives me the ability to adapt quickly, think proactively, and steer directly where needed.
