Before we get started
Every project starts with a thorough inventory of your processes and a Fit/Gap analysis. In this phase, I map out where standard Odoo is a perfect fit and where minor adjustments may be needed. This analysis is documented in a Project Initiation Document (PID), which serves as the blueprint for the entire implementation.
For this analysis and the preparation of the PID, I typically reserve 3 days on average. This investment is invoiced, but naturally forms part of your total project budget. If the project doesn't proceed? Then you only pay for the actual analysis time spent.
For smaller projects, the approach is the same, but the number of days required for an analysis is a maximum of 1.5.

In medium-sized companies, business processes are often more standardized, meaning standard Odoo is fully sufficient. As a result, full-time on-site presence is not necessary, and the investment remains manageable.
